The hotel offers real value for money. the units are beautifully maintained and come with great WiFi. - the garden view and good breakfast added to the positive experience. - the central location close to the railway and bus stations is very convenient.

Like the homely atmosphere, cleanliness, simple food, staff.

I had a late evening train to catch, and requested that I be allowed to keep the room and was willing to pay half day charges. I did pay the half day charges, but had to vacate the room after 4 hours!! I felt, that as there was no pressure of another guest coming in to occupy th e room that day, you could have allowed me to keep the room for another 3 hours - that would have been real hospitality, with no extra cost to you and you would have got more goodwill. .

Compare with other hotel we stayed in India, the staffs of Jai Niwas are the most friendly and know what is SERVICE.

The location here is fantastic, perfect for strolling around and catching a movie in a fancy theater. the staff are super nice and ready to assist with whatever we needed. 😊

Had fantastic stay on when on vacation and the weather was pleasant. We ate at a small restaurant with great food and very reasonable prices.

The room at Hotel Jai Niwas was beautifully decorated and spacious, offering a lovely garden view and a balcony. There were cozy seating options both in the room and in the garden. the hotel's location was fantastic, with popular spots like Lassiwala just a short walk away.

Of the 10 hotel we stayed during our 2 weeks tour in Rajasthan, Jai Niwas was the best. It is located in a (very hard to find in Jaipur) quiet place, and is noteworthy for its cleaness and kindness of the staff. Also, good budget food. Highly recommended.

Wonderful small hotel located near to Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar, and the centre of Udaipur. Very central location, within walking distance of Gem Plaza. Also, to the neighbourhood where most of western restaurants are.

We stayed at Jai Niwas for 3 nights and it was a quick visit to see the lovely sites. The customer service was exceptional; they organized trips and taxis with great efficiency. The staff went above and beyond when we left our passports behind. The hotel itself is a calm and peaceful retreat with a perfect garden for breakfast. The food was delicious and fresh every day. A real gem in Jaipur!

Far from the traffic..

Well..i should start with the location. No taxi knew where it was located. Moreover the area is a dirty garbage everywhere, The roof of the room was leaking.. Rain was coming in... Staff was absolutely unhelpful. The sheet cover was smelling like meldew. The restaurant area was a joke.. Definately not reccomended. Stay away from this hotel.

I liked the modern ac and the big flat screen tv in my room. Overall my stay there was very pleasant, especially considering the price paid. This place offered the best value for my money during my whole 2 weeks in India (staying in 5 different hotels), I really wished they all were like Jai Niwas.

- No free wireless internet - I've got a couple of calls for ordering breakfast. I knew it was included, but I'd like to call them in case I want to order. However, there were no calls to sell me other meals, like it happened in other places.
